We are an insurance assessment and repair company that sits on various insurance company panels. We do reports and quotes for electronics and appliance products in the House Hold Content sector and for homes. We have been in the industry since 2018 and built strong relationships with the various insurance houses. We assist nationwide.
Our Process
Instruction
When we receive an instruction we contact the insured within 2-4 hours to schedule inspection date.
Reports
We submit detailed and comprehensive reports within 24 - 48 hours (week days) of on-site testing and assessment of the insured’s goods.
Authorisation
When we receive authorisation for repairs we contact the insured within 4 hours to advise them of the authorisation and depending on the fault and stock availability, schedule repair dates. Where possible repairs are conducted on site or alternatively collected and returned to the insured within 24 hours of repairs successfully conducted excluding weekends.
